Floodwaters are overWest Lake Road and Blackhawk Road in the Blackhawk Park area.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 9:30 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 17.1 feet.- Bankfull stage is 12.7 feet.- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hoursending at 9:30 AM CDT Thursday was 17.2 feet.- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 17.1feet this afternoon.
