Flood Advisory issued June 3 at 7:49PM CDT until June 3 at 9:45PM CDT by NWS Milwaukee/Sullivan WI* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessiverainfall is expected.* WHERE...A portion of southeast Wisconsin, including the followingcounties, Racine, Walworth and Waukesha.* WHEN...Until 945 PM CDT.* IMPACTS...Water over roadways. Overflowing poor drainage areas.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 749 PM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gaugesindicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will causeurban and small stream flooding. Between 1 and 2 inches ofrain have fallen.- Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are expectedover the area. This additional rain will result in minorflooding.- Some locations that will experience flooding include...Waukesha, New Berlin, Brookfield, Muskego, Pewaukee, Elkhorn,Mukwonago, East Troy, Wind Lake, Vernon, Big Bend, PotterLake, Waterford North, Burlington, Waterford and Honey Creek.- http://www.weather.gov/safety/floodTurn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads.
