In southeast Wisconsin, Dodge.* WHEN...Until 600 AM CDT.* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.River or stream flows are elevated.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 1239 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due tothunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to beginshortly in the advisory area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rainhave fallen.- Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expectedover the area.
