In west central Washington, King,Pierce, Snohomish and Thurston.* WHEN...Until 315 PM PST.* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or isimminent.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 1205 PM PST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Minorflooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in theadvisory area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen.- Additional rainfall amounts of 0.2 to 0.5 inches are expectedover the area.
