Coastal Flood Advisory issued November 15 at 1:58AM PST until November 16 at 2:00PM PST by NWS Portland OR* WHAT...Tidal overflow flooding expected.* WHERE...South Washington Coast.* WHEN...From 11 AM to 2 PM PST Saturday.* IMPACTS...Minor flooding, up to one foot above ground level,during high tides is expected in the low lying areas near bays,sloughs, highway 101, and the lower reaches of the coastalrivers.A Coastal Flood Advisory means that tidal overflow flooding isexpected. Coastal residents in the warned area should be alertfor rising water, and take appropriate action to protect life andproperty.
