Hydrologic Outlook issued November 12 at 5:53AM PST by NWS Seattle WAESFSEWA strong weather system will track through western Washington today,bringing moderate to heavy rainfall to the region and sharp rises onrivers flowing off the Olympics. The system will spread widespreadrain inland this afternoon and evening. Rain will be moderate toheavy at times, with showers persisting into Thursday.
