Pets may succumb to theeffects of excessive heat.Drink plenty of fluids even if you don't feel thirsty, but avoidalcohol and caffeine. Stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out ofthe sun, and check up on elderly and vulnerable relatives andneighbors.Look before you lock! Do not leave young children and pets inunattended vehicles for even a moment. Car interiors will veryquickly reach lethal temperatures.
