For the second Red Flag Warning, from 10 AM to 9 PMCDT Saturday.* WINDS...West 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 60 mph. For Saturday,west to northwest winds 20 to 30 mph, with gusts to 40 mph.* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 6 percent today and 15 to 20percent on Saturday.* IMPACTS...Any fire that develops will catch and spreadquickly.
