The strong winds and weight ofsnow on tree limbs may down power lines and could cause sporadicpower outages. Travel could be very difficult. The hazardousconditions could impact the Thursday morning and evening commutes.If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water inyour vehicle in case of an emergency. The latest road conditions forthe state you are calling from can be obtained by calling 5 1 1.Persons should delay all travel if possible. If travel is absolutelynecessary, drive with extreme caution and be prepared for suddenchanges in visibility. Leave plenty of room between you and themotorist ahead of you, and allow extra time to reach yourdestination.
