The strong winds and weight ofsnow on tree limbs may down power lines and could cause sporadicpower outages. Travel could be very difficult. The hazardousconditions could impact the Thursday morning and evening commutes.If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water inyour vehicle in case of an emergency.
