Poor RH recovery is expectedtonight. Winds across western to central South Dakota willincrease this evening, with gusts up to 55 mph. A cold front willthen cross the region later tonight. Winds will shift to thenorthwest behind the front and gust up to 50 mph. Relativehumidity will fall to below 20 percent Monday, especially oversouthwest to south central South Dakota, supporting continuedcritical fire weather conditions.* AFFECTED AREA...Fire Weather Zones 314 Northern Campbell, 315Southern Campbell, 316 Crook County Plains, 317 Weston CountyPlains, 318 Wyoming Black Hills, 319 Northern Black Hills, 320Central Black Hills, 321 Southern Black Hills and 322 FallRiver County Area.* WINDS...West 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 30 mph thisafternoon, shifting northwest and increasing to 20 to 30 mphwith gusts to 40 mph late tonight into Monday.* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 10 percent this afternoon.
