Fire Weather Watch issued September 28 at 1:32AM MDT until September 30 at 6:00PM MDT by NWS Rapid City SD...CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS POSSIBLE SUNDAY AND MONDAYMOST OF NORTHEAST WYOMING AND WESTERN SOUTH DAKOTA....Gusty south to southwest winds are expected Sunday afternoon,especially over western South Dakota where winds will gust over 40mph. Further west, wind gusts are more uncertain Sunday, butdeeper mixing may allow for frequent gusts over 25 mph. RH willdrop below 15 percent all areas Sunday, with poor recovery Sundaynight. A cold front will move through the region Sunday nightsupporting gusty northwest winds. RH will again fall to below 20percent Monday, especially over southwest to south central SouthDakota.
