Air Quality Alert issued June 20 at 4:30PM EDT by NWS State College PAThe Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection hasissued a Code ORANGE Air Quality Alert on Friday for theSusquehanna Valley.A Code ORANGE Air Quality Alert means that air pollutionconcentrations within the region may become unhealthy forsensitive groups. Sensitive groups include children, peoplesuffering from asthma, heart disease or other lung diseases,and the elderly.
