For the second Cold Weather Advisory, from 10 PM thisevening to 10 AM PST Sunday.* IMPACTS...Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skinis exposed to these temperatures.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Apparent ("feels like") temperatures as lowas 25 degrees in the Portland/Vancouver metro area and 15 degreeselsewhere.
