Flood Watch issued May 23 at 4:03AM CDT until May 23 at 7:00PM CDT by NWS Tulsa OK* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to bepossible.* WHERE...Portions of Arkansas, including the following counties,Crawford, Franklin and Sebastian and Oklahoma, including thefollowing counties, Choctaw, Haskell, Latimer, Le Flore,Pittsburg, Pushmataha and Sequoyah.* WHEN...Through this evening.* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- A complex of showers and thunderstorms is moving through thewatch area early this morning. Locally heavy rainfall willremain possible with the stronger storms, which may result insome flooding issues, especially in areas which have receivedheavy rainfall over the past couple days.
