In westernOklahoma, Custer.* WHEN...Until 1115 PM CDT.* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 805 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due tothunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to beginshortly in the advisory area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rainhave fallen in western portions of the advisory area.- Additional rainfall amounts of 2 to 3 inches are expectedover eastern portions of the advisory area.
