In South Carolina, CoastalHorry and Coastal Georgetown Counties.* WHEN...For the High Surf Advisory, until midnight EDT tonight.For the High Rip Current Risk, until 8 PM EDT this evening.For the Coastal Flood Advisory, until 6 PM EDT this evening.* IMPACTS...Dangerous swimming and surfing conditions andlocalized beach erosion. Rip currents can sweep even the bestswimmers away from shore into deeper water.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Affected areas listed are based onaverage tide conditions. Additional locations may experienceflooding during periods of heavy rainfall, high winds, orother factors.If travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may beclosed. Do not drive around barricades or through water ofunknown depth. Take the necessary actions to protect flood-proneproperty.Inexperienced swimmers should remain out of the water due todangerous surf conditions.Swim near a lifeguard.
