Numerous roadsremain closed due to flooding. Local media have reported waterrescues.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 841 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated continuous bands ofheavy rain passing across northwest North Carolina. Floodingis ongoing and will continue to worsen in the warned area insome areas as the night progresses.
