Water encroaches onto other properties alongthe south side of the river.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 9:15 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 15.3 feet.- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hoursending at 9:15 PM EDT Sunday was 15.3 feet.- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 16.8feet early Thursday afternoon.- Flood stage is 14.0 feet.- http://www.weather.gov/safety/floodTurn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads.
