In downtown Wilmington, much ofWater Street from Orange Street to Red Cross Street isflooded. The lowest portions of Water Street between Princessand Orange Streets are impassable. Portions of River Road andadjacent residential roads, south of River Road Park, maybecome impassable. Flooding of residential areas along RiverRoad expands. Route 133 at Little Mallory Creek is flooded andflooding begins at Old River Road. Flooding of US 421 Trucknear Carolina Beach Road worsens. US 421 North at USS NorthCarolina Road begins to flood.
