In NewYork, Southern Westchester, Bronx, Northwest Suffolk, NorthernQueens and Northern Nassau Counties.* WHEN...Until 1 PM EST this afternoon.* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in the more vulnerable locations nearthe waterfront and shoreline. Some roads and low lyingproperties including parking lots, parks, lawns, and homes andbusinesses with basements near the waterfront will experienceminor flooding.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Localized minor flooding is possible duringthe Saturday morning high tide cycle.If travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may beclosed.
