In New York, Richmond(Staten Island) and Kings (Brooklyn) Counties.* WHEN...For the first Coastal Flood Advisory, from 8 PM thisevening to midnight EDT tonight. For the second Coastal FloodAdvisory, from 9 PM Friday to 1 AM EDT Saturday.* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in the more vulnerable locationsnear the waterfront and shoreline. Some roads and low lyingproperties including parking lots, parks, lawns, and homes andbusinesses with basements near the waterfront will experienceminor flooding.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Localized minor flooding is possible with theSaturday night high tide.If travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may beclosed. Do not drive around barricades or through water ofunknown depth. Take the necessary actions to protect flood-proneproperty.
