In New York, Richmond (Staten Island), Kings(Brooklyn), Southern Queens and Southern Nassau Counties.* WHEN...From 4 AM to 9 AM EST Thursday.* IMPACTS...Minor to locally moderate flooding in the morevulnerable locations near the waterfront and shoreline. Someroads and low lying properties including parking lots, parks,lawns, and homes and businesses with basements near thewaterfront will experience minor flooding.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Minor coastal flooding is also likely withthe morning high tide cycle on Friday and may also be possibleon Saturday.If travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may beclosed.
