For the High Rip Current Risk,dangerous rip currents. For the Coastal Flood Advisory, up toone foot of inundation above ground level expected in low-lying areas near shorelines and tidal waterways.* WHERE...Atlantic Coastal Cape May.* WHEN...For the Coastal Flood Warning, until 5 PM EDT Sunday.For the High Rip Current Risk, through Sunday evening. For theCoastal Flood Advisory, from 5 PM Sunday to 5 PM EDT Monday.* IMPACTS...Numerous roads may be closed. Low lying propertyincluding homes, businesses, and some critical infrastructurewill be inundated. Some shoreline erosion will occur. Ripcurrents can sweep even the best swimmers away from shore intodeeper water.Take the necessary actions to protect flood-prone property. Iftravel is required, do not drive around barricades or throughwater of unknown depth.Swim near a lifeguard. If caught in a rip current, relax andfloat. Don't swim against the current. If able, swim in adirection following the shoreline. If unable to escape, face theshore and call or wave for help.
