This combined with recent heavy rain fromThursday night, may lead to flooding.* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.* WHERE...A portion of north central Nebraska, including thefollowing counties, Boyd, Brown, Holt, Keya Paha and Rock.* WHEN...Through Saturday morning.* IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Floodingmay occur in poor drainage and urban areas.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- Locations across portions of north central Nebraska receivedin excess of 5 inches of rain Thursday night.
