Low lying roads are also affectedjust east of Riverfront Drive north of the pedestrian bridge.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 8:15 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 28.5 feet...or 1.5 feetabove flood stage.- Bankfull stage is 27.0 feet.- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the last 24hours was 28.5 feet.- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 35.4feet early Thursday afternoon. It will then fall below floodstage Sunday evening.- Flood stage is 27.0 feet.Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads.
