In southwest Missouri, Barton, Cedar, Dade,Dallas, Greene, Polk, Webster and Wright.* WHEN...Until 215 PM CDT Sunday.* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lyingand flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Streamscontinue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall.Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not bepassable.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 211 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gaugesindicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding isalready occurring in the warned area. Between 1 and 4 inchesof rain have fallen.
