For the Friday afternoon Coastal Flood Advisory,one to two feet of inundation above ground level expected inlow- lying areas near shorelines and tidal waterways (4.2 to13.9 feet Mean Lower Low Water). For the Friday night CoastalFlood Advisory, up to one foot of inundation above ground levelexpected in low- lying areas near shorelines and tidal waterways(3.9 to 13.3 feet Mean Lower Low Water). For the Saturdayafternoon Coastal Flood Advisory, one to two feet of inundationabove ground level expected in low-lying areas near shorelinesand tidal waterways (4.3 to 13.9 feet Mean Lower Low Water).* WHERE...Eastern Essex MA, Eastern Plymouth MA, Barnstable MAand Nantucket MA Counties.* WHEN...For the High Surf Advisory, from 7 AM this morning to 7PM EDT this evening. For the third Coastal Flood Advisory, from 11 AMto 5 PM EDT Saturday.* IMPACTS...Most roads remain passable. Flooding up to one footdeep affects coastal roads on the North Shore from Salem toGloucester and Newburyport. Rough surf will cause flooding onsome coastal roads around the time of high tide due tosplashover. Roads remain passable. Low lying areas and roadsnear Nantucket Harbor, including Easy Street, may experiencepockets of shallow flooding less than one foot deep. Roadsremain passable. Shallow pockets of flooding less than onefoot deep affect low lying areas in Provincetown, mainly nearthe airport and Race Point Road. In Truro, flooding up to onefoot deep affects low lying areas near Pamet Harbor and alongthe Pamet River. Dangerous swimming and surfing conditions andlocalized beach erosion.If travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may beclosed. Do not drive around barricades or through water ofunknown depth. Take the necessary actions to protect flood-proneproperty.Inexperienced swimmers should remain out of the water due todangerous surf conditions.
