Coastal Flood Advisory issued September 26 at 3:53PM EDT until September 27 at 9:00AM EDT by NWS Baltimore MD/Washington DC* WHAT...Up to one half foot of inundation above ground levelexpected in low lying areas due to tidal flooding.* WHERE...Shoreline in Southeast Harford County.* WHEN...From 5 AM to 9 AM EDT Friday, especially around thetime of high tide.* IMPACTS...At 4.0 feet, water begins to go over the bulkhead atthe Havre de Grace Yacht Basin in multiple locations.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Tides one and a half to two feet abovenormal. The next high tide at Havre de Grace is at 6:11 PM and6:16 AM.If travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may beclosed. Do not drive around barricades or through water ofunknown depth. Take the necessary actions to protect flood-proneproperty.
