Coastal Flood Warning issued September 23 at 5:46AM EDT until September 25 at 4:00AM EDT by NWS Baltimore MD/Washington DC* WHAT...Up to two feet of inundation above ground level in low-lying areas due to tidal flooding.* WHERE...Shoreline in Anne Arundel County.* WHEN...Until 4 AM EDT Wednesday, especially around the time ofhigh tide.* IMPACTS...At 4.2 feet, the boardalk at Annapolis City Dock isunderwater. Floodwaters also are affecting numerous roads inAnnapolis and on the Naval Academy Campus, along withstructures throughout the neighboring area.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Tides two to two and a half feet abovenormal. The next two high tides at Annapolis U.S. Naval Academyare at 9:27 AM this morning and 11:09 PM this evening.Take the necessary actions to protect flood-prone property. Iftravel is required, do not drive around barricades or throughwater of unknown depth.
