Coastal Flood Advisory issued September 21 at 10:43PM EDT until September 22 at 8:00PM EDT by NWS Baltimore MD/Washington DC* WHAT...Up to one foot of inundation above ground level in lowlying areas due to tidal flooding.* WHERE...Shoreline in Southeast Harford County.* WHEN...Until 8 PM EDT Sunday, especially around the time ofhigh tide.* IMPACTS...At 4.5 feet, portions of the Havre de Grace YachtBasin are flooded, along with Hutchins Park.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Tides one and a half to two feet abovenormal. The next high tide at Havre de Grace is at 1:06 AM and1:53 PM.If travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may beclosed. Do not drive around barricades or through water ofunknown depth. Take the necessary actions to protect flood-proneproperty.
