Coastal Flood Advisory issued September 26 at 2:02PM EDT until September 27 at 6:00AM EDT by NWS Baltimore MD/Washington DC* WHAT...Up to two feet of inundation above ground level expectedin low lying areas due to tidal flooding.* WHERE...Shoreline in Southern Baltimore County and the city ofBaltimore.* WHEN...From 1 AM to 6 AM EDT Friday, especially around thetime of high tide.* IMPACTS...At 3.0 feet, flooding is occurring at the end ofThames Street in Baltimore. Water also nearly covers thepromenade at the dragon boat dock in the Inner Harbor.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Tides one to one and a half feet abovenormal. The next high tide at Fort McHenry Baltimore is at 2:24PM.If travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may beclosed. Do not drive around barricades or through water ofunknown depth. Take the necessary actions to protect flood-proneproperty.
