Coastal Flood Advisory issued September 23 at 5:46AM EDT until September 25 at 4:00AM EDT by NWS Baltimore MD/Washington DC* WHAT...Up to one foot of inundation above ground level in low-lying areas due to tidal flooding.* WHERE...Shoreline in Southeast Harford County.* WHEN...Until 4 AM EDT Wednesday, especially around the time ofhigh tide.* IMPACTS...At 4.5 feet, portions of the Havre de Grace YachtBasin are flooded, along with Hutchins Park.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Tides two to two and a half feet abovenormal. The next two high tides at Havre de Grace are at 2:55 PMthis afternoon and 2:58 AM overnight.If travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may beclosed. Do not drive around barricades or through water ofunknown depth. Take the necessary actions to protect flood-proneproperty.
