Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain havefallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possiblein the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring.HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Heavy rain producingflash flooding.SOURCE...Emergency management reported.IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...Owensboro, Providence, Calhoun, Sebree, Livermore, Clay, Dixon,Whitesville, St. Joseph, Beech Grove, Stanley, Masonville,Knottsville, Sacramento, Island, Wheatcroft, Moseleyville andPleasant Ridge.Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads.
