Insoutheast Kentucky, Magoffin, Morgan and Wolfe.* WHEN...Until 800 AM EDT.* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.Some low-water crossings may become impassable.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 710 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain has fallendue to thunderstorms earlier in the morning. This will causesmall stream flooding. Between 1 and 2.3 inches of rain havefallen.- Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.1 inches are expectedover the area. This additional rain will result in minorflooding.- Some locations that will experience flooding include...Campton, Lewis, Demund, Rexville, Sellars, Lizzielane,Nickell, Daysboro, Helechawa, Payton, Grassy Creek, Mize,Lower Gilmore, Panama, Hazel Green, Murphyfork, Cannel City,Greear, Stacy Fork and Caney.Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flooddeaths occur in vehicles.
