In southeast Kentucky,Clay, Jackson, Knox and Owsley.* WHEN...Until 445 AM EDT.* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 136 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due tothunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to beginshortly in the advisory area.- Some locations that will experience flooding include...London, Manchester, Deer Lick, Langnau, Maplesville,Crawford, Portersburg, Lesbas, Lida, Marydell, Levi JacksonS.P., Mcwhorter, Byron, Benge, Fariston, Cane Creek, Lake,London-Corbin Airport, Fogertown and Atlanta.Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads.
