In southeast Kentucky, Bell and Knox.* WHEN...Until 315 AM EDT.* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 1205 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due tothunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to beginshortly in the advisory area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rainhave fallen.- Additional rainfall amounts of 0.2 to 0.6 inches are expectedover the area. This additional rain will result in minorflooding.- Some locations that will experience flooding include...Williamsburg, Barbourville, Dishman Springs, Swan Lake,Swanpond, Indian Creek, Emmanuel, Lowell, King, Clate,Permon, Bentley Station, Heidrick, Baileys Switch, Arkle,Garrich, Bryants Store, Boone Heights, Rossland and Hubbs.Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flooddeaths occur in vehicles.
