Travel could be difficult, especially forhigh profile vehicles. Plumes of blowing dust will create pocketsof low visibility. Visibilities will likely change rapidly overshort distances, making travel hazardous in these areas.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Blowing dust has been reported north ofGoodlandFasten loose objects or shelter objects in a safe location prior tothe onset of winds.Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for highprofile vehicles. Use extra caution.Blowing dust can significantly lower air quality and it isencouraged that you take preventative measures such as stayingindoors or wearing protective breathing masks if outside. High dustconcentrations can cause respiratory problems, decrease lungactivity, aggravate asthma, and lead to potential heart-relatedproblems, especially with children, elderly or those withpre-existing respiratory conditions.
