Agricultural and lowland flooding is ongoing. Water affects much of 22nd Avenue Roadnorthwest of Vinton.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 9:15 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 12.8 feet.- Recent Activity...The river continues to rise.- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stagelate tonight to a crest of 15.9 feet tomorrow evening. Itwill then fall below flood stage Friday afternoon.- Flood stage is 15.0 feet.Please report observed flooding to local emergency services or lawenforcement and request they pass this information to the NationalWeather Service when you can do so safely.Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads.
