Low-watercrossings may be flooded.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- Numerous thunderstorms producing very heavy rainfall areexpected to develop ahead of a slow moving cold front.Several inches of rain in a short time is possible.You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible FloodWarnings.
