In NewYork, Southern Westchester County.* WHEN...From 8 PM this evening to midnight EDT tonight.* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in the more vulnerable locations nearthe waterfront and shoreline. Some roads and low lyingproperties including parking lots, parks, lawns, and homes andbusinesses with basements near the waterfront may experienceminor flooding.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Additional minor flooding is possible forWednesday evening's high tide.If travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may beclosed. Do not drive around barricades or through water ofunknown depth. Take the necessary actions to protect flood-proneproperty.
