In NewYork, Southern Westchester County.* WHEN...From 11 PM this evening to 2 AM EDT Thursday.* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in the more vulnerable locations nearthe waterfront and shoreline. Some roads and low lyingproperties including parking lots, parks, lawns, and homes andbusinesses with basements near the waterfront will experienceminor flooding.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Additional coastal flooding is expectedfor Thursday and Friday night's high tide cycles.If travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may beclosed. Do not drive around barricades or through water ofunknown depth. Take the necessary actions to protect flood-proneproperty.
