Request to limit driving gas and diesel-powered vehicles is now in effect until at least 4 p.m. Thursday,June 6, 2024. Ozone concentrations are expected to remain in theGood to Moderate range on Wednesday. However, weak winds out ofthe east on Thursday will result in higher Ozone concentrations,particularly in western portions of the Northern Front RangeRegion.For areas included in this advisory that are not expectedto reach the Unhealthy for Sensitive Groups (USG) air qualitydesignation, we request that activities, such as driving non-ZEVvehicles (i.e., gas or diesel), be reduced to lessen the impactson neighboring air quality. Additional air pollution in thisregion may directly worsen air quality or contribute to precursorswhich may also adversely affect air quality.
