The Fire Weather Watch is nolonger in effect.* Winds...Northerly wind 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 30 mph.Strongest wind gusts Tuesday morning and along the westernhalf of the Sacramento Valley into the eastern Coast Range.* Humidity...Minimum relative humidity of 5 to 15 percent.Nighttime humidity recoveries will also be very poor in the 15to 25 percent range.* Highest Threat...Northern Sacramento Valley, especially westof the Interstate 5 corridor and elevations below 3000 feet.* Impacts...The combination of gusty winds and low humidity cancause fire to rapidly grow in size and intensity.
