Carinteriors will reach lethal temperatures in a matter of minutes.Take extra precautions when outside. Wear lightweight and loosefitting clothing. Try to limit strenuous activities to early morningor evening. The hot and dry conditions will coincide with northwestto northeast winds, gusting from 20 to 40 mph, Thursday eveningthrough Friday night across many mountain and interior areas, aswell as southwest Santa Barbara County.
