Flood Watch issued May 30 at 9:23PM CDT until May 31 at 7:00PM CDT by NWS Shreveport LA* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to bepossible.* WHERE...Portions of southwest Arkansas, including the followingcounties, Howard, Little River, Miller and Sevier, southeastOklahoma, including the following county, McCurtain, and northeastTexas, including the following counties, Bowie, Camp, Cass,Franklin, Gregg, Harrison, Marion, Morris, Red River, Smith,Titus, Upshur and Wood.* WHEN...Through Friday evening.* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- Excessive, heavy rainfall will continue across the FloodWatch area through tonight and into Friday with 2 to 4 inchesof rainfall possible with isolated higher amounts.
