After a brief periods of light windswhich will bring decreased fire danger overnight, a Red FlagWarning is in also effect for 11 AM to 8 PM Monday.* WIND...Southwest winds between 20 and 25 mph with gustsapproaching 35 mph.* HUMIDITY...Afternoon humidity values between 5 and 10 percentwith overnight recoveries between 20 and 30 percent.* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.Outdoor burning is not recommended.A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditionsare either occurring now...or will shortly.
