It is moving West Northwestward at 15 km/h.. The 12-hour rainfall forecast is isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms. WATERCOURSES NO LONGER TO BE AFFECTED : + **Camarines Sur** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Lower Kilbay Catabangan, Ragay, Tinalmud, Tambang and Lagonoy. + **Camarines Norte** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Labo and Daet Basud.With this development and unless significant rain occurs, this is the final general flood advisory for this event.
